Bob Konovsky (Robert E. Konovsky) was born on August 19, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Morton (Cicero, IL), Konovsky attended the University of Wisconsin. Konovsky made his professional debut in the NFL in 1956 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played in the NFL for 3 years, playing for the Chicago Cardinals the entire time. Konovsky also played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the Denver Broncos the entire time.
