Bob Joyce

Born on January 14, 1915 in Stockton, California, Bob Joyce (Robert Emmett Joyce) played for the Philadelphia Athletics and New York Giants over the course of his 2 year career. Joyce broke into the bigs on May 4, 1939 with the Philadelphia Athletics, and put up a 6.69 ERA in 107.2 innings pitched in 1939, his rookie year.
