Bob Hyland (Robert Joseph Hyland) was born on July 21, 1945 in White Plains, New York. After going to high school at Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, NY), Hyland attended Boston College. Hyland made his professional debut in the NFL in 1967 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the New York Giants, Green Bay Packers, New England Patriots and Chicago Bears over the course of his 11 year career.

Most people believe that 1973 was Bob Hyland's best year.
