Bob Howard (Robert Lee Howard) was born on February 1, 1901 in Norman, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Norman (OK), Howard attended Marietta College. Howard made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Kansas City Cowboys. He played for the Kansas City Cowboys, New York Giants, Cleveland Bulldogs and Detroit wolverines over the course of his 6 year career.
