Bob Hanlon

Bob Hanlon (Robert Seldon Hanlon) was born on August 24, 1924 in Springfield, Ohio. After going to high school at Leo (Chicago, IL), Hanlon attended Loras College and the University of Notre Dame. Hanlon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1948 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Chicago Cardinals over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1949 was Bob Hanlon's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
