Bob Griese (Robert Allen Griese) was born on February 3, 1945 in Evansville IN. After going to high school at Rex Mundi (Evansville, IN), Griese attended Purdue University. Griese made his professional debut in the AFL in 1967 with the Miami Dolphins. He played in the AFL for 3 years, playing for the Miami Dolphins the entire time. Griese also played in the NFL for 11 year, playing for the Miami Dolphins the entire time.

Most people believe that 1968 was Bob Griese's best year, as he threw for 2473 yards and tossed 21 TDs.
