Bob Gladieux (Robert Joseph Gladieux) was born on January 2, 1947 in Louisville, Ohio. After going to high school at Louisville (OH), Gladieux attended the University of Notre Dame. Gladieux made his professional debut in the AFL in 1969 with the Boston Patriots. He played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the Boston Patriots the entire time. Gladieux also played in the NFL for 3 years, playing for the New England Patriots and Boston Patriots over the course of his 3 year NFL career.

Most people believe that 1971 was Bob Gladieux's best year.
