Bob Gillson (Robert William Gillson) was born on May 4, 1905 in Binghamton, New York. Gillson attended Colgate University. Gillson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1930 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for his entire 2 year career.
