Bob Garbark (Robert Michael Garbark) was born on November 13, 1909 in Houston, Texas. He made his Major League debut on September 3, 1934 for the Cleveland Indians. In 1945, his rookie year, he hit .261 with 0 home runs and 17 RBI. Garbark played for the Cleveland Indians, Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Athletics and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 6 year career.
