Bob Gain (Robert Gain) was born on June 21, 1929 in Akron, Ohio. After going to high school at Weir (Weirton, WV), Gain attended the University of Kentucky. Gain made his professional debut in the NFL in 1952 with the Cleveland Browns. He played for the Cleveland Browns for his entire 12 year career.
Most people believe that 1960 was Bob Gain's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
