Bob Fisher (Robert Taylor Fisher) was born on November 3, 1886 in Nashville, Tennessee. He made his Major League debut on June 3, 1912 for the Brooklyn Superbas. In 1912, his rookie year, he hit .233 with 0 home runs and 26 RBI. Fisher played for the Brooklyn Superbas, Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that Bob Fisher's best season was 1915, when he hit for a .287 average and knocked in 53 runs.
