Bob Didier (Robert Daniel Didier) was born on February 16, 1949 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He made his Major League debut on April 7, 1969 for the Atlanta Braves. In 1969, his rookie year, he hit .256 with 0 home runs and 32 RBI. Didier played for the Atlanta Braves, Detroit Tigers and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 6 year career.
