Bob Cappadona (Robert Joseph Cappadona) was born on December 13, 1942 in Watertown, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Watertown (MA), Cappadona attended Northeastern University and the University of Notre Dame. Cappadona made his professional debut in the AFL in 1966 with the Boston Patriots. He played for the Boston Patriots and Buffalo Bills over the course of his 3 year career.

Bob dashed for a 13 yard gain in the Boston Patriots 35-17 rout of the San Diego Chargers @ Fenway Park on 10-23-66.

Bob dove for a 1 yard touchdown in the Boston Patriots 38-14 rout of the Houston Oilers @ Rice Stadium on 12-11-66.

Bob had 18 carries for 64 yards and 1 TD in the Patriots 38-24 rout of the Houston Oilers @ Rice Stadium on 12-11-66.

Bob caught a 19 yard TD pass from Babe Parilli in the Boston Patriots 41-32 loss to the Miami Dolphins @ the Orange Bowl on 12-17-67.
