Bob Boken (Robert Anthony Boken) was born on February 23, 1908 in Maryville, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on April 25, 1933 for the Washington Senators. In 1933, his rookie year, he hit .278 with 3 home runs and 26 RBI. Boken played for the Washington Senators and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 2 year career.
