Bo Schembechler passes away

On the eve of the biggest Ohio State / Michigan football game in the storied history of the rivalry, former Michigan football coach (and Ohio State graduate) Bo Schembechler died this morning while taping a television interview. He was 77 years old.

Wow. What weird timing. The whole deal with the Dead Schembechlers, which was funny earlier in the wk, now seems surreal...

Its amazing how things work sometimes. On the eve of possibly the biggest game in school history, the man partly responsible for putting Michigan football on the map passes away. My prayers go out to his family, and the University of Michigan football family.

Do not be suprised if Michigan uses this as a rallying cry. Not that they needed anymore motivation to play harder, this may be enough to push them over the edge.
