Bo Robinson (Melvin Dell Robinson) was born on May 27, 1956 in La Mesa, Texas. After going to high school at La Mesa (TX), Robinson attended West Texas A&M University. Robinson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Atlanta Falcons, Detroit Lions and New England Patriots over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1979 was Bo Robinson's best year.
