Bo Porter (Marquis Donnell Porter) was born on July 5, 1972 in Newark, New Jersey. He made his Major League debut on May 9, 1999 for the Chicago Cubs. Porter played for the Chicago Cubs, Oakland Athletics and Texas Rangers over the course of his 3 year career.
