Blue Jays beat up the Angels

The Toronto Blue Jays scored in every inning but the 2nd and 3rd as they pounded out 17 hits on theiri way to a 13-3 win over the Los Angeles Angels. Gustavo Chacin got the win with a 5.1 IP, 2 run performance to improve to 5-1 on the year with a 4.50 ERA. Ervin Santana took the loss when he went only 4 IP, allowing 6 runs on 9 hits and 4 walks. He is now 1-2 on the year with a 4.84 ERA. The Angels bullpen fared no better as Esteban Yan allowed 5 runs in 3 IP and J.C. Romero allowed 2 runs in his only inning of work.
Russ Adams and Frank Catalanotto both homered for the Blue Jays. Alex Rios, Troy Glaus, and Shea Hillenbrand] each went 3-4. Aaron Hill was the only starting Blue Jay to not have a hit.
