Blown Coverage of 10,000

I have been watching ESPN for well over a decade now, and I now believe that they have completely blown professional sports out of proportion. They turn everything into an entertainment show, not sports show. They only care about the highlight reel players such as Lebron James or Kobe Bryant or just the slam dunks and the Home Runs. There are only two shows on ESPN's network that deserve any recognition, thats Sunday NFL Countdown and ESPNews. Both of them shows break down every little thing and not just the highlight reels.
Furthermore, as everyone knows by now the Philadelphia Phillies just lost their 10,000 MLB game, WHO CARES! Big deal, they have been a professional sports franchise since 1883, what do you expect? Most of these losses came between 1920 and 1960, thats really it. At one point they had 13 straight losing season between the 1930's and 40's. But like everything else, ESPN has to blow it up and make it look like a natural disaster. After the game was over, it was breaking news on the bottom of the ESPNews screen, and then they start interviewing radio and TV personalities in the Philadelphia areas just rubbing it all in. If this was the LA Lakers or the New York Yankees, you wouldn't hear anytning, it would be "oh, ok, big deal."
But for some reason everybody hates Philadelphia and their fans, so lets just rip inot them more and make them feel like losers once again. Philadelphia fans are the most passionate and demanding fans in the world, forget that the New York band-wagon jumpers, or those fans out in Chicago or Boston, the Phillies fans always stick together and stay knowledgable about the negatives and positives. ESPN took something that they knew was going to eventually happen, and made it into a damn circus joke. Screw You ESPN, let;s focus on a possible rascist Yankees coach or Giambi possibly helping baseball rather than shot jokes at an entire city!
