Blondy Black

Blondy Black (John T. Black) was born on August 20, 1920 in Philadelphia, Mississippi. After going to high school at Philadelphia (MS), Black attended Mississippi State University. Black made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the Buffalo Bisons. He played for the Baltimore Colts and Buffalo Bisons over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1946 was Blondy Black's best year.
