Blazers send Telfair Packing to Boston for Cursed Pick

The Portland Trail Blazers sent PG Sebastian Telfair to Boston for the #7 pick in tonight's draft, and probably for other players. The trade occured after the 2 PM deadline to trade picks, so Boston will make a selection on Portland's behalf.

Since the trade occured after the deadline, will Boston still be able to back out in case a player like Roy or Morrison falls to them at number 7? Otherwise, this will seem like another typical Danny Ainge move if a stud falls.
