Blake Wingle (Blake Leo Wingle) was born on April 17, 1960 in Pottsville, California. After going to high school at Rio Mesa (Oxnard, CA), Wingle attended California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. Wingle made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cleveland Browns and Green Bay Packers over the course of his 4 year career.
