Blaine Earon (Blaine Allen Earon) was born on January 15, 1927 in Altoona, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Altoona (PA), Earon attended Duke University. Earon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1952 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1952 was Blaine Earon's best year, as he recovered 5 opponents fumbles.
