Blaine Bishop (Blaine Elwood Bishop) was born on July 24, 1970 in Indianapolis, Indiana. After going to high school at Cathedral (Indianapolis, IN), Bishop attended Ball State University and St. Joseph's College of Indiana. Bishop made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers, Tennessee Titans, Tennessee Oilers and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 10 year career.

Most people believe that 1995 was Blaine Bishop's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown and recovered 4 opponents fumbles.
