Birthday June 2 All-Time Teams
You score runs by getting on base and moving the runners along. This team can't do much of either.

Jack O'Connor gives the team plenty of old school, veteran leadership with a 21 year career that started in 1887, but with a .263/.307/.336 line and 19 career homers, he's not providing much else. Neifi Perez is often mocked as being the worst hitter in the game today, but his .380 SLG could be enough to have him batting near the middle of this line up. Raul Ibanez will be carrying this line-up. The June 2nds are hoping his 105 career home runs will be enough to get them ahead in enough ballgames. Their pitching will keep the score low. Larry Jackson got the nod over Jim Maloney. Maloney was more dominant as a starter, striking out 1605 in 1849 innings, but Jackson had an ERA+ similar to Maloney and had a much longer career, winning 194 games. Mike Stanton will be coming on to try to close out the games, getting the nod over Bryan Harvey for similar reasons. He wasn't as dominant, but his career lasted much longer and he accomplished a lot more.
