Billy Urbanski (William Michael Urbanski) was born on June 5, 1903 in Linoleumville, New York. He made his Major League debut on July 4, 1931 for the Boston Braves. In 1931, his rookie year, he hit .238 with 0 home runs and 17 RBI. Urbanski played for the Boston Braves for his entire 6 year career.
Most people believe that Billy Urbanski's best season was 1934, when he hit for a .293 average and knocked in 53 runs.
