Billy Truax

Billy Truax (William Frederick Truax) was born on July 15, 1943 in Gulfport, Mississippi. After going to high school at Holy Cross (New Orleans, LA), Truax attended Louisiana State University. Truax made his professional debut in the NFL in 1964 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1969 was Billy Truax's best year, as he hauled in 37 receptions and caught 5 TD passes.
