Billy Tolliver

Billy Tolliver (Billy Joe Tolliver) was born on February 7, 1966 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Boyd (TX), Tolliver attended Texas Technical University. Tolliver made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the Atlanta Falcons, San Diego Chargers, New Orleans Saints, Houston Oilers and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1990 was Billy Tolliver's best year, as he threw for 2574 yards and tossed 16 TDs.
