Billy Tidwell (Billy Reyhne Tidwell) was born on August 3, 1930 in Hearne, Texas. After going to high school at Hearne (TX), Tidwell attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University. Tidwell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1954 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 1 year career.
