Billy Reinhard (Carl William Reinhard) was born on May 17, 1922 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Glendale (CA), Reinhard attended Univeristy of California. Reinhard made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1947 with the Los Angeles Dons. He played for the Los Angeles Dons for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1948 was Billy Reinhard's best year, as he picked off 4 passes, ran back an interception for a touchdown and ran back a punt for a touchdown.
