Billy Poe (Billy Gene Poe) was born on April 26, 1964 in Ironton, Kentucky. After going to high school at Rock Hill (OH), Poe attended Morehead State University. Poe made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals for his entire 1 year career.
