Billy Mullen (William John Mullen) was born on January 23, 1896 in St. Louis, Missouri. He made his Major League debut on October 2, 1920 for the St. Louis Browns. Mullen played for the St. Louis Browns, Brooklyn Robins and Detroit Tigers over the course of his 5 year career.
