Billy Masters (William Joel Masters) was born on March 15, 1944 in Grayson, Louisiana. After going to high school at LaSalle (Olla, LA), Masters attended Louisiana State University. Masters made his professional debut in the AFL in 1967 with the Buffalo Bills. He played in the AFL for 3 years, playing for the Buffalo Bills the entire time. Masters also played in the NFL for 7 years, playing for the Denver Broncos and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 7 year NFL career.
Most people believe that 1972 was Billy Masters's best year.
