Billy Kidd (William Wayne Kidd, Jr.) was born on November 28, 1959 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Keller (TX), Kidd attended the University of Houston. Kidd made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 1 year career.
