Billy Jenkins (Billy Leon Jenkins) was born on July 8, 1974 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Albuquerque (NM), Jenkins attended Howard University. Jenkins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the St. Louis Rams. He played for the St. Louis Rams, Buffalo Bills, Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 2000 was Billy Jenkins's best year, as he picked off 4 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
