Billy Hunter

Billy Hunter (Gordon William Hunter) was born on June 4, 1928 in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on April 14, 1953 for the St. Louis Browns. In 1953, his rookie year, he hit .219 with 1 home run and 37 RBI. Hunter played for the St. Louis Browns, Baltimore Orioles, New York Yankees, Kansas City Athletics and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 6 year career.
