Billy Hardee (Abraham William Hardee) was born on August 12, 1954 in Lakeland, Florida. After going to high school at Mulberry (FL), Hardee attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Hardee made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the New York Jets and Denver Broncos over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1977 was Billy Hardee's best year.
