Billy Fletcher (Billy Ray Fletcher) was born on May 2, 1943 in Memphis, Tennessee. After going to high school at South Side (Memphis, TN), Fletcher attended the University of Memphis. Fletcher made his professional debut in the AFL in 1966 with the Denver Broncos. He played for the Denver Broncos for his entire 1 year career.
