Billy Bookout (Billy Paul Bookout) was born on June 1, 1932 in Choice, Texas. After going to high school at Wichita Falls (TX), Bookout attended the University of Oklahoma and the University of Texas at Austin. Bookout made his professional debut in the NFL in 1955 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1955 was Billy Bookout's best year.

Sadly Billy Bookout Passed Away on October 10, 2008 from a heart attack. He was a wonderful man loved by anyone who knew him!
