Billy Austin (William Dominic Austin) was born on March 8, 1975 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Kempner (Sugar Land, TX), Austin attended the University of New Mexico. Austin made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts for his entire 3 year career.
