Billy Ashley (Billy Manual Ashley) was born on July 11, 1970 in Trenton, Michigan. He made his Major League debut on September 1, 1992 for the Los Angeles Dodgers. In 1995, his rookie year, he hit .237 with 8 home runs and 27 RBI. Ashley played for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 7 year career.
