I hate Bill Parcells, but with this list he is 100% on the money. This is how he won a Superbowl with Jeff Hostetler.

PS- 10 gifts to anyone who takes the time to transcribe this becuase I could not find it in print already and it's only a matter of time before this gets removed from YouTube.

Tony Romo still has a problem with number 7. He still makes way too many impulse decisions. Being a gun-slinger is nice and all, it certainly helped Favre set some records. But, too often, it loses the game for your team. We saw those horrible decisions last week when he had 6 turnovers against a sorry Bills team. And, we saw a little of it this week, like when he threw an interception at the end of the game. He tried to sling it out to a wide reciever streaking across the middle. For some reason, he threw the ball side-armed and it landed WAY behind the receiver, right into the hands of a linebacker. Romo's gotta stop doing stuff like that. If you can't make the pass with your regular arm motion, DON'T MAKE THE PASS!!!!!!

10 Commandments in "more depth"

1. Ignore outside opinions in matters of football 2. Have fun but don't be the class clown - clowns and leaders don't mix - clowns can't run a huddle 3. Work on your legs more than your arms - squat and run - fat qb's can't avoid the rush 4. Know your job cold - study - keep your mistakes to a minimum 5. Know your own players - know who can catch, who can run, who needs encouragement - know your opponent 6. Be the same guy every day - impulse decisions usually equal mistakes 7. Throwing the ball away is a good play - sacks, interceptions and fumbles are bad plays 8. Learn to manage the game. clock, clock, clock 9. Get your team in the end zone - you will not be judged by stats - you will be judged by wins 10. Don't panic - you are the hand that guides the ship - if you hit your panic button so will everyone around you

11. Don't be a celebrity QB - we don't need those - we need battleship commanders who will lead their team to victory
