Bill Striegel (William Joseph Striegel) was born on May 28, 1936 in Easton, Kansas. After going to high school at Chico (CA), Striegel attended the University of Pacific. Striegel made his professional debut in the NFL in 1959 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Philadelphia Eagles the entire time. Striegel also played in the AFL for 1 year, playing for the Oakland Raiders the entire time.
