Bill Selby (William Frank Selby) was born on June 11, 1970 in Monroeville, Alabama. He made his Major League debut on April 19, 1996 for the Boston Red Sox. In 2002, his rookie year, he hit .214 with 6 home runs and 21 RBI. Selby played for the Boston Red Sox, Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds over the course of his 5 year career.
