Bill Schuster (William Charles Schuster) was born on August 4, 1912 in Buffalo, New York. He made his Major League debut on September 29, 1937 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 1944, his rookie year, he hit .221 with 1 home run and 14 RBI. Schuster played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Boston Braves and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 5 year career.
