Bill Risley
[edit] Biography
Born on May 29, 1967 in Chicago, Illinois, Bill Risley (William Charles Risley) played for the Montreal Expos, Seattle Mariners and Toronto Blue Jays over the course of his 7 year career. Risley broke into the bigs on July 8, 1992 with the Montreal Expos, and put up a 3.44 ERA in 52.1 innings pitched in 1994, his rookie year.
There is some disagreement on what was Bill Risley's most productive season. Some believe that it was 1994, when he posted a 3.44 ERA and struck out 61 batters. However, others believe that it was 1995, when he posted a 3.13 ERA and struck out 65 batters.
