Born on October 9, 1973 in Fort Benning, Georgia, Bill Pulsipher (William Thomas Pulsipher) played for the New York Mets, Milwaukee Brewers, Chicago White Sox, Boston Red Sox and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 6 year career. Pulsipher broke into the bigs on June 17, 1995 with the New York Mets, and put up a 3.98 ERA in 126.2 innings pitched in 1995, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Bill Pulsipher's best season was 1995, when he posted a 3.98 ERA and struck out 81 batters.
