Bill Pritchard (William England Pritchard) was born on December 23, 1901 in Frostburg, Maryland. After going to high school at South Park (Buffalo, NY), Pritchard attended Pennsylvania State University. Pritchard made his professional debut in the NFL in 1927 with the Providence Steam Roller. He played for the New York Yankees and Providence Steam Roller over the course of his 2 year career.
