Bill O'Connor (William Framcis O'Connor) was born on May 2, 1926 in New York, New York. After going to high school at Mount St. Michael (New York, NY), O'Connor attended the University of Notre Dame. O'Connor made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1948 with the Buffalo Bills. He played in the AAFC for 2 years, playing for the Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills over the course of his 2 year AAFC career.O'Connor also played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the New York Yanks the entire time.
