Bill Miklich (William John Miklich) was born on April 3, 1919 in Greenwood, Wisconsin. After going to high school at Central (West Allis, WI), Miklich attended the University of Idaho. Miklich made his professional debut in the NFL in 1947 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1947 was Bill Miklich's best year.
